🏥 I. PRE-MEDICAL EDUCATION & PREVENTIVE HEALTHCARE SERVICES

The Trust recognises that “Prevention is better than Cure.”
Good health is not merely the absence of disease, but a state of physical, mental, and social well-being. Therefore, the Trust is committed to promoting preventive healthcare, awareness, and wellness education to ensure a healthy and informed society.

The objective is to minimise disease occurrenceencourage early diagnosis, and build a culture of proactive health consciousness among all sections of the population — especially the poor, rural, and marginalised communities.

1. Health Screening & Early Detection

Regular health screening camps will be conducted for early identification of lifestyle and metabolic disorders such as:

  • High blood pressure (Hypertension)
  • High cholesterol levels
  • Diabetes and obesity
  • Thyroid imbalance and anaemia

These camps will include free health check-upsmedical counselling, and referral services for further treatment.

2. Health Education & Awareness Workshops

The Trust will organise continuous awareness and education programs on topics such as:

  • Personal hygiene and sanitation
  • Nutrition and healthy eating
  • Mental health and stress management
  • Substance and addiction prevention

The Trust shall establish Senior Citizen Clinics, Geriatric Care Centres, Physiotherapy Units, and Day Care Wellness Centres equipped with:

  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation support
  • Medical consultations and record maintenance
  • Spiritual and recreational sessions

2. Free & Subsidised Health Camps

Periodic free medical camps will be held for diseases commonly affecting the aged, including:

    Qualified doctors and specialists will provide medical advice, along with blood tests, vision tests, and ECG facilities.

The Trust will provide free or subsidised medicines and mobility support equipment such as:

    These facilities will especially target economically weaker senior citizens.

4. Home-Based Healthcare Services
